Olivia (Liv to friends and clients) is an Ontario Family Lawyer who also assists clients with Civil Litigation, Business, and Administrative Law matters.

Called to the Bar in 2025, Liv’s legal experience spans private practice, community legal clinics, and pro bono work. Before law school, her twenty year career included project management, advocacy, and strategic consulting roles for clients across North America.

Today, Liv’s focus is on Family Law across Ontario, from custody disputes and supporting clients leaving abusive relationships to negotiating complex separation agreements and High-Net-Worth Divorces.

She also brings deep personal and professional experience to assisting clients with non-family matters including civil litigation, small-business matters, and administrative law (i.e. Landlord and Tenant Board cases).

Committed to accessible justice, Liv offers flexible fee arrangements to help clients resolve legal issues regardless of financial means including limited-scope retainers, flat fees, payment plans, and contingency pricing (she only gets paid if you do). We accept all major credit cards and Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) Certificates for Family and Child Protection/CYFS Matters.

Liv holds a Political Science BA from the University of Toronto and a Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. In addition to serving clients through Coombe Legal, Liv works as co-counsel in association with other law practices.
