Olivia (Liv to friends and clients) is an Ontario lawyer serving clients with Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Business Law matters.

Called to the Bar in 2025, Liv’s practice spans private practice, community legal clinics, pro bono work, and extensive hands-on legal training, including with the Community Justice Collective. Before law school, she spent twenty years in advocacy, operations, and strategic consulting for corporate and nonprofit clients.

A community organizer and entrepreneur, Liv has experience launching small and medium-sized businesses, sole proprietorships, and grassroots collectives across sectors from arts and fashion to fintech. She brings practical expertise in governance, marketing, e-commerce, risk management, and commercial litigation.

Committed to accessible justice, Liv offers flexible fee arrangements to help clients resolve legal issues regardless of financial means including limited-scope retainers, flat fees, and contingency pricing (she only gets paid if you do).

She holds a Political Science BA from the University of Toronto and a Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law. In addition to operating Coombe Legal, she serves as a Family Law Associate with Sher Legal. She is licensed as a Barrister & Solicitor with the Law Society of Ontario and insured by LAWPRO .
